Great tasting coils but querky

You will find a lot of reviews praising Aspire BVC coils, but most were reviewed before Aspire changed the coils from ceramic to cotton. These are the cotton coils. Since they changed them to cotton, they now have wicking issues, and tend to scorch at wattages higher than 9 or 10 watts. The ohms seem to be all over the map with them also. The 1.8 ohm coils usually measure at 1.9 or 2.0 ohms, and creep up to 2.1 and 2.2 ohms after a day or two of use. There are also those reviews that say they can get a month out of these coils, but it's been my experience that they last a few days to a week at the most. I've seen that they perform best with a 50 VG 50 PG juice, and as far as I understand Vaporifics juices are 70 VG 30 PG, so that may be a factor to the coils only lasting a few days to a week. Aside from the coils being inconsistent, when they work, they do create a vapor with good flavor.
