Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping on orders over $39.00 to all retail orders within the U.S. You have the option to choose another shipping method upon checkout at an additional cost. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or Federal holidays. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated from the courier.

Order not quite right?

If you are missing an item from your order or received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service at 844-708-7810 within three business days of receiving your order to inform of the missing or incorrect item. Once the issue is reported, our Customer Support Team will gladly offer a resolution.

Backordered Item

We take every effort to insure that our product stock is up to date however if an item that you selected is backordered in our warehouse, we will ship the rest of your order then follow up with you within 24 hours to inform you of the partial shipment. You will have the option of a store credit or refund for the backordered item.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged item please call us at 844-708-7810 we may ask for a picture of the damaged item/s to be sent to sales@vaporifics.com so our Team may review the case and offer a replacement item. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution. Proactively sending pictures showing your product damage may expedite your request.

Items received DOA (meaning your item did not work when received) must be reported to our Customer Service within 3 business days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. In most cases we will ask that the product be shipped back for inspection before a replacement is issued.
